Dirt Kickin Music was founded by Ken in 1986 as Publishing Company for his music. With the publishing Company in place Ken retains all of publishing Rights World Wide. Dirt Kickin Music collects all royalty's from CD sales and any and all airplay royalty's. To date Ken has published 61 songs and continues to for future projects. One of the long-term goals as well as publishing Ken Songs Dirt Kickin Music plans to expand to publish music from other songwriters and artists.

Fireside Records - has been in operation since 1986 in conjunction with Dirt Kickin Music. Fireside records is an independent Record Label owned and operated by Ken. All projects by Ken to date have been released on this label. The goals of Fireside records is continue to record and promote songs by Ken McCoy as well as work with other major labels for distribution. In the future Fireside Records will open its doors to other Artist to record and build a solid roster.
